  Fake name, fake credentials.  This ex-magician will make hundreds of your dollars disappear and all you'll get is a lesson in caveat emptor. The 31 friends, family and acquaintances who waited to see if it worked will spend their money elsewhere. Thanks for the lesson Peter Basset-Scarfe.

  NLP requires the development of trust between client and practitioner. You had forgotten my appointment and when I arrived at 10.50am (for an 11am appointment time) you were dressed in old shorts and t-shirt, unshaven and unprofessional and looked like you had just woken up. You wasted a paid hour of time complaining that you couldn't work full time any more as you had to care for your elderly mother, telling me in detail why everything else doesn't work, that you yourself had quit 'cold turkey' and that if it didn't work it would be my fault not yours. In addition, there was constant distracting noise from your mother and the cleaner in the next room during the actual process. It is a 1 hour drive to and from your house so I decided it was unprofitable to take up your offer to try again since your behaviour had not resulted in my trusting you at all. Your payment process is also questionable as you take part payment via a bank account and request the remainder in cash. I paid $440 in cash and did not receive a receipt.
  I don't have other psychological and emotional problems (defamatory on your part) and for MY comment to be considered defamatory it must be legally deemed untrue. Nothing above is untrue. Your qualifications are very old, have not been updated and are in a false name. I posted the above comment to ensure others who are desperate to quit don't waste their money on you and I urge others considering using the NLP process to find a practitioner via the Australian Board of Neuro-Linguistic Programming who ensure their members are fully up to date in their qualification and held accountable for their behaviour. Despite considerable research on my part I could not find any evidence that you are a member of the ABNLP. As a side note, its an interesting tactic to devalue a persons opinion by insinuating mental illness particularly when you have no qualifications in psychology or psychiatry. The truth from my perspective is that you prey upon the desperate. I have consulted a solicitor and cordially invite you to sue me. I would be very happy to let this play out in court.

  I rate him highly. Can not remember how many years it's been since I saw him, ten or so I guess.
  I was a two pack a day smoker and had literally tried every means known no humankind to quit.
  I smoked my cigarette five seconds before seeing him and haven't smoked since.

  I have been Smoke free for over 11 yrs, if you really want to quit see Peter. I spent 1 hr and 45 minutes with Peter, I had been smoking for 25 plus years. Smoked my last cigarette a minute before I walked in his door. Walked out and I just didn’t smoke ever again. Best thing I have ever done. Do yourself a favour.

  I went to Peter to stop smoking and walked out without thinking of another cigarette.
  I started to struggle after 2 weeks and then called Peter, who then assisted me again to get back on track.The beauty of this is that I didnt have to pay again and I am still not smoking.
